Found this 1822 parish marriage record of my 4th great-grandparents in Epfenbach, Germany (on FamilySearch) with the note in the margin that they later went to America (nach Amerika). Reminds me of that Simon & Garfunkul song... 🥹 #genealogy #FamilyHistory #GermanAmericans
