Gasser property management is under investigation for misuse of HOA funds. We had #Gasser for our #HOA management. When the investigation started #Ghertner bought the Gasser management contract. Ghertner wants us to pay 300 dollars to repay THEM for the misuse of OUR money. Why take the contract?
