This is the part in the #GigglevTickle which shows one side relied on the law whilst Giggles legal team relied on a dictionary definition of a woman. That's right they cited a dictionary, sperm & ova but not 🇦🇺 or case law. Giggle thought this was about changing policies

I don't usually do polical here, but this one, to support the need for Lesbian spaces I absolutely support.
My mother lived her whole life afraid "someone" would find out and my son is seeing good old-fashioned homophobia on the rise again.

Giggles Lawyers have dropped most of their appeal grounds and they have tried to submit new grounds with zero submissions this morning.
The judges are considering this now.
