Today is #GoForBrokeDay, honoring the 442nd RCT & marking the day in 1945 when Sadao Munemori was killed in action in Italy. Born in 1922 in Glendale, CA, Munemori studied to become an auto mechanic, but wasn’t able to get a job and instead enlisted in the army in 1942.
