Got a new 2012 Fuding Shou Mei White Tea cake. Its minimally processed, lightly fermented, partially oxidized and pressed for aging. It looks like the old leaves under a bush when you rake them out LoL its not very ascetic but aged white tea is my favorite. Its great for breakfast

Afternoon tea ritual. Bought a new Gaiwan, a lidded cup for small brews so you can observe the leaves bloom. One of the ritual steps is smelling the lid. The aromas change with the different steeps. I also got an Aged, Ripened & fermented Pu'er tea cake from 2009. The flavors are intense
