Monday is Lewisham #GoodGym night - this one from last year saw us planting bulbs at Florence Green community garden in Deptford with the aid of head torches.

A former dock behind which are the towers of Canary Wharf and redundant cranes. On the dock there are 9 swans who surround an orange rope pulling it with their beaks. It is quite grey but the swans appear to be catching the little bits of sun.

Someone should have warned him that he would degenerate into a child.

This week’s long run of 17k followed the usual format, split by a foodbank pick up for a disabled resident via #GoodGym. I ended up crossing the river & looping round the lovely Mudchute Farm. A bit slower than a few weeks ago but my legs coped much better as a result. #GreenRunners #RunningPunks
