Grr. Even huffpo editors should know better. When a sentence (headline or not) begins with a number, you spell it out no matter how big it is. And inside a sentence you always spell zero-nine, the single digits. Ten and above (after first word of sentence) can be digitized as 10, etc. #grammarnazi
