On summit of #GreatMellFell with @kitzingercelia.bsky.social this AM. Commented that distinctive vegetation (short grass) on summit made it look like a burial mound. Then found new archeological notice at base, saying that it's indeed a prehistoric 'bowl barrow'. Who knew?! #LakeDistrict
