It was great to be in Eyemouth for #GreenHealthWeek on Friday. Sea the Change showcased their accessible active travel options, then Penny from Public Health Scotland and Isla from SBCAN discussed evidence and real-life examples of nature connection and climate action for wellbeing in the Borders 🌊
Very excited to be co-piloting these lovely and very accessible yoga classes with my dear friend Stephanie at North Edinburgh Arts.
