Are there other people out there who've had their email trashed since #Plusnet passed email handling over to #Greenby.

I've lost all the subfolders for my email inbox, including the emails that were in them. Greenby's support staff claim they've been reinstated.

Anything from Plusnet on this?

Well done #PlusNet 👏🏼 After many years of near faultless email you’ve dumped us onto #Greenby which has daily, nearly hourly glitches receiving emails. Maybe it’s teething issues but as a later customer to be transitioned, I’d have expected Greenby would have ironed out issues by now 🤷🏻‍♂️
