Very cheeky of #PlusNet - I agreed a new 12 month contract at £25.99/month but someone "forgot to put the right discount code" on the account and it was setup at £29.44/month.
21 mins, and counting, on hold so far to get the right discount applied - "system locked" and can't be changed

Are there other people out there who've had their email trashed since #Plusnet passed email handling over to #Greenby.
I've lost all the subfolders for my email inbox, including the emails that were in them. Greenby's support staff claim they've been reinstated.

Well done #PlusNet 👏🏼 After many years of near faultless email you’ve dumped us onto #Greenby which has daily, nearly hourly glitches receiving emails. Maybe it’s teething issues but as a later customer to be transitioned, I’d have expected Greenby would have ironed out issues by now 🤷🏻♂️
