Spoke to someone yesterday about retrieving my phone number (which they cocked up!) & said I would sort it out with #Vodafone and get back to them, got an email at 13:08 confirming the issue, followed by another email a minute later saying my complaint is closed!
#Vodafone told me I had to go to one of their shops to show my Power of Attorney to try to get my phone number back (which #SKY messed up!) so went to a shop an they couldn’t do it!
Then given a phone no. to call instead. Would have been nice to have been given that no. first before wasting my time!
968 Mbps download speeds over WiFi!
But my fiber broadband contract is ONLY for 910 Mbps...

Just had the annual increase CPI from #Vodafone I phoned to say it's immoral to raise cost mid contract and when a customer says, no; you say it's £150 to leave. All the way through to some ambiguous manager who told me 'vodafone is a business and it needs to make profit'...
