When what the public really needs to hear more about is: #Prevention, masking, #N95s, ventilation, filtration, #HEPAs, upgraded #IAQ, carbon dioxide monitors, #CO2, vaccine-plus mitigation, & #LongCOVID, etc.
But to do that, journalists need to read more & start talking to the "right" experts.

I first noticed this on a West Vancouver Transit bus in the middle of #COVID. There was a sign advising that #HEPAs were in use. It felt so good, I bought one that day.

Most doctors who don't read - believe #COVID is just like "any other respiratory illness", is "endemic", & we'll just have to "learn to live with it". Like a cold.
Most doctors are also unmasked (no #N95, let alone a surgical mask), don't run #HEPAs or open windows, nor track #IAQ with #CO2s.

How will we recognise the doctors who are reading up on #LongCOVID?
By their #N95 masks, open windows, & #HEPAs purring in their waiting & consulting rooms.
Because they'll know enough about Long COVID to want to avoid it - by avoiding #COVID reinfections, which is the only guaranteed way.
