Even though the transfer portal doesn't officially open until the end of the NCAA Tournament, player will undoubtedly not wait that long to announce their intentions. So, as a result, when a player announces that they'll be entering the portal, we'll add their name to the Transfer Tracker.

We first heard rumblings of this, and now it's confirmed by Tony Paul of the Detroit News:

The @horizonleague.bsky.social is moving the #HLMBB and HLWBB tournament from Corteva Coliseum to The Arena at Innovation Center, the home of the Pacers' G League affiliate, the Noblesville Boom, in 2027.

Our #HLMBB Transfer Tracker drops Friday.

Prepare accordingly.

The NCAA Tournament bids are set for #HLMBB and #HLWBB, but there may be other bids (CBI, WNIT) out there, and we'll likely have other teams playing on!

Down Goes Bobby Mo Robert Morris University's hopes of returning to the Barbasol Horizon League Championship Game were shattered by the University of Detroit Mercy in the Semifinal Round of the Horizon League Tournament at Corteva Coliseum in Indianapolis.  The 70-64 defeat for the Colonials marks their first loss since Jan. 31. Robert Morris struggled beyond the arc as a team with a combined 22.7 shooting percentage to end the night, which tied the lowest mark of the season.

Robert Morris' #HLMBB title hopes, along with its eight-game winning streak, came to an end with a loss to Detroit Mercy. John Ostapowicz has more.

Wright State’s Second-Half Gear Secures Spot in Horizon League Championship When Wright State's TJ Burch lofted the basketball off the backboard on a fastbreak for an Andrea Holden jam coming up behind him, a charge was sent through the stadium. And it all but signaled that the Raiders' 74-63 lead over Northern Kentucky, with 9:03 to go in the second half, it was enough to get WSU to the 2026 Barbasol Horizon League Championship.

Wright State's strong second half, specifically freshman Michael Cooper's performance, pushed the Raiders past Northern Kentucky and into the #HLMBB title game. Chris Schumerth has the story.
