Today is HIV AIDS Long Term Survivor Awareness Day. I tested positive 40 years ago. My health history and very body will hold clues for treatment breakthroughs to come. That's good enough for me. #HLTSAD

June 5 is HIV Long-Term Survivors Awareness Day, so I'm celebrating the fact that I have now been living with #HIV for 34 years, having been told I'd only live 5. I'm incredibly grateful for 28 years of effective treatment, which means I'm healthy and can't pass on the virus. #HLTSAD #UequalsU
