There are some things in life that are beyond understanding, and trying to explain them only poses more questions that have no answer in sight. The entity known as Happy Appy is one of those things. A bizarre, hand puppet-like creature with no alignments to anyone, nor any known motives or plans. Appy moves and talks as if something, or someone, is puppeteering him, and yet no strings or arms are ever in sight whenever he appears. Most of the time, there is no pattern as to when and where Appy will appear to the Creepkillers, or anyone for that matter. Sometimes he’ll show himself to the team on a mission, sometimes he’ll just appear to random strangers, sometimes he’ll even pop up in the Creepkillers’ hidden base to either relay a message from someone else, or to just have a quick chat. How he does all of this is yet another mystery to add to the pile. Happy Appy’s manner of speech is very chipper and jovial-sounding. He could be relaying the gruesomest of details, and never change his tune. The worm inside his head, Freddrick, will also chip in to conversations every now and then, leading Appy to get distracted from bantering with his little friend.
Ever Dream This Man? A phenomena that spans across the entire world. A mysterious entity resembling a middle-aged man appears in hundreds of people’s dreams. Of course, in a world inhabited by monstrous Creeps who prey on souls for power and sustenance, things such as this are not uncommon. But those who encounter this ‘Dream Man’ claim that he is something else entirely. There is a name to this face: Disman. At first, he was nameless, but after learning of his status as a worldwide urban legend, he thought it’d be funny to name himself after what people refer to him as. Disman has a very dry, blunt sense of humour, to mixed results. Some find him charismatic and endearing, others find him unnerving and odd. Regardless of public reception, Disman is always polite and friendly to those he encounters. Disman’s pattern of appearing within dreams is unpredictable - some wondering if he even has control over it. That being said, it has been reported that he’ll sometimes appear to someone multiple times if he takes a liking towards the individual. It has also been reported that loves to chat, sometimes helping people through their own troubles within their own minds by offering his own perspectives and ideas to nudge them in a certain direction.
