Hawaii Mars and Philippine Mars undergoing preparations for disposition to the BC Aviation Museum in Victoria and the Pima Air and Space Museum in Arizona, respectively.
The flying boats spent roughly 50 years as water bombers, fighting forest fires.

Went to Victoria #yyj to see a Jane Goodall IMAX film and then the new future home
of the #HawaiiMars at the BCAM. The "MARS GOES HERE" sign was gone as a roller was busy flattening the ground.
We caught a glimpse of her parked at the Coast Guard station waiting to be moved.

oh my god.
my microphone apparently died, or the connection from it to the camera died... in the last few videos. They are silent. The mic was on and everything seemed to be fine, but it recorded static for all of the last shots.
