New York prohibits clinics that don’t operate direct control of an MD. And requires several expensive medical equipment on hand in case there is a problem.
NY also charges a fee to cover low income uninsured. 4/?

But New York, only one place is allowed to do the infusion in the county. In a 75 mile radius there are 3 places that will do it.
It costs $24,500 to $27,000 for the same treatment.
Tri-care will only cover $22,000, leaving her to pay the rest 3/?

In NC she can go to any clinic (she has 7 to chose from in a 20 mile radius)
