Confidence is high on landslides and debris flows occurring during the heaviest rainfall Thursday night through at least 12pm Friday. Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph expected across much of the area, with 60 to 65 mph gusts possible across the western part of the area. Widespread downed trees and numerous power outages are likely. Isolated tornadoes are possible now through at least 8am Friday.
