A unit of 10 Helsmiths of Hashat Dwarves from Games Workshop. They are armed with spears and the shields haven't been glued. Their armour skirts are painted dark grey and their cloth underskirts are a dark purple. They have sashes around their waists that are painted a lighter purple.

Painting Space Marine armour trim felt too laborious for tonight. So, I went back to my Helsmiths as I needed to finish painting their underskirts with Naggaroth Night. I then fancied doing a bit more, so their sashes got 2 coats of Genestealer Purple.

A unit of 10 Helsmiths of Hashat Dwarves from Games Workshop. They are armed with spears and the shields haven't been glued on yet. They have been spayed grey with the weapon shafts, the banner and now their puffy shirt sleeves pained purple.

Wanted to keep my hobby momentum going whilst I was still keen, but starting work on my Space Marine Aggressors was too daunting.

Then I remembered my Helsmiths that I abandoned and decided to paint their sleeves purple.

Nice little 20 minute job.
