Our #HeritagePath of the month is Hexpethgate. This old crossing of the Border is mentioned in a state paper of 1543 (Henry VIII Domestic Series XVIII) as one of seventeen crossings of the Cheviots.

For #FingerpostFriday, here's our sign at Enochdhu in Strathardle, Perthshire. It points along the Old Road to Glenshee which is #HeritagePath of the month, and volunteers Rod and Mel replaced the interpretation sign last year.
