Two large, concrete piers on left and right are supporting a cylindrical building above; the "ceiling" of this plaza show white reinforcing ribs fo the structure. In the sunlight in the middle of the plaza, beyond the piers, one can just make out the white column of water of the decorative fountain there.
These #Openings are beneath the main galleries of the #Hirshhorn Museum of Modern Art, in Washington, DC [USA]. The building is cylindrical, supported by the pylons at left and right. The middle of the cylinder is an open atrium with a large fountain in the center.
