My most favorite video game of 2000 when I was 6 years old is Hogs of War.
Sure, it's similar to Worms, but I found myself laughing a lot at the dialogue from each pig, provided by only two voice actors, Rik Mayall and Marc Silk.

The #PS1 was such a fantastic console. I didn't get one until after the fact, but remember vividly playing RE and RE2, Driver, LMA Manager, Vagrant Story and this absolute banger, #HogsOfWar which is essentially 3rd Person Worms. Rik Mayall's voice and a brilliant Campaign and M/P. Sheer Genius.
