Admitting to myself for the first time 5 minutes ago: My FAVORITE class in middle school was HomeEc! Yes, I love love love #HomeEc class! But my own internalized ableism & misogyny said I shouldn’t like it bcuz you know “dumb girl stuff”. I was honestly jealous in high school of students in FCS.
It's time to start setting up alternatives for #Education, #Health #Jobs #economic. #FreeSchools #Gardens #HomeEc #Woodshop, Learning with or without a computer. Things are just coming too fast.. Time to step away and focus on the future.
