Glorious colour and tastes delicious! Had a go at making Blackcurrant Curd.
Fashioned a bain-marie with my existing pans. I shall use it in my morning porridge or overnight oats. It has many uses. Blackcurrants have many health benefits and a high Vitamin C content 😁
