Rereading #Honorverse stories by #DavidWeber published by @baenbooks.bsky.social and struck by the painfully spot-on resemblance of the Trump administration to the typical OFS-dominated Protectorate kakistocracy in the Verge. Svein Lombroso in the Mobius system particularly comes to mind.
