I'm 2 years in, come #HotNiniSummer a.k.a. 2025 summer. It is very intensive, full body, very challenging, a beautiful arena for self improvement in the physical sense, yes. Absolutely. I love it. I'm also a TKD black belt, & in combo, this took my striking skills where they needed to be.

1) Nini has deep training/exp in #photography, #cinematography, #film & #video editing. Interview her for yr AV!
