Beef Stroganoff & Roast Sugar-Sprinkled Peaches or Nectarines by Nigella.

The beef fillet works so well here & the crème fraîche lends a real luxury to this dish. The nectarines roasted in butter & vanilla sugar are easy & perfectly finish off this meal.

Chicken Livers by Nigella.

This is like a chopped pate rather than blended pâté. I forgot the crostini here but made a toasted bread to go with it. The crostinis will be used again at a later stage so I won’t miss out!

The Irish Club’s Stew by Nigella.

I feel sad for Nigella not having a decent Irish stew before the version that inspired this. I’ve had plenty and this is now an addition to them.

Boil some clementines for a couple of hours, allow them go cold, then beat some eggs, sugar and almonds, mix and bake! As delicious as it is easy!
