Drax was always available & willing to help. He listened and shared advice, guidance, knowledge, lessons & support. He had a lot of people wanting his advice, attention & time, often for the same topics, so he cut through the clutter & told it like it was. He cared about people & the industry. I'm just a "medically retired" (unemployed) guy who used to be a Dj in lowa (1985-2015). I'm “a nobody" in the greater DJ industry but that's not how Hugo Drax treated me. DJ Dr Drax, thank you, for your many contributions to the community & industry l was so proud to be an active member of for 30 years - the community & industry l loved (and still do, but from afar, now).
