So .. had a #hospital appointment over #VertebrobasilarInsufficieny where #PulomonaryHeartDisease and #Fibromyalgia along with #HypertensionCrisis came up and it was shocking, ended up getting #evidence I never expected and complete two reports
Just needs a covering letter now and off it all goes
