It’s not clear whether the ‘not explicitly stated in the recommendations’ items in this Guidance Notice are going to be added to the actual #ICMJE Recommendations.
Can any ICMJE member provide clarification? It would be helpful for citation when dealing with requests for actions to manuscripts.
