we were recruited by a UK company from Oz 25 years ago and got #ILR when eligible - indeed the visa process kinda mandated it.

under those proposals we'd still be on visas, that #reformatory have said can be cancelled at any time.

we'd have turned down the job offers under those conditions.

as a migrant to the UK i can tell you that the #reformatory policies on migrants are far more extreme than #labour

essentially banning #ILR and being able to cancel any work visa at the drop of a hat for any reason.

yeah. nah.
