Stepped on the scale today and I’ve dropped another 6.8 lbs in the past three weeks for a total of 13.4 since I started using My Fitness Pal and Chike protein coffee and meal replacement shakes. Woohoo!!! #ILikeChike

Time to make the coffee. Got my latest order of their chocolate brownie meal replacement yesterday and they sent along a free sample of White Chocolate Peppermint ice coffee. So I guess that’s how I’ll start today. #ILikeChike

Went to order more Chike meal replacement shake stuff and discovered they now have a decaf version of their ice coffee protein. Hell, yes!! I plan on going 50/50 with the decaf and the caramel. Their flavors blend great together! Today is a mix of pumpkin, caramel, & sweet cream. #ILikeChike
