With Indiana Republicans looking at gerrymandering #IN01, it's worth wondering why. On the surface, it's a district that backed Harris by just one point last year.

On the other hand, it's a lot more Democratic downballot as Democratic incumbent Frank Mrvan won by 8 last year.
