Sounds like an amazing event! What was your favorite takeaway or highlight from #ISPGR2025?
@aiprognosis.bsky.social was presented at the 2025 International Symposium of Gait and Posture Research (ISPGR) in Maastricht (June 30-July 2).
Harris Sotirakis (AUTH) represented the project during the session: “Measures, measures, measures… and what about the outcomes?”

What a week it was at #ISPGR2025 last week!
It was really special to have so many amazing colleagues productively interacting in our city (with encouragement from @melvynroerdink.bsky.social)! Thanks to all involved in the planning and organisation @ispgr.bsky.social and all who attended!
It was great to have current and former lab members socialize at #ISPGR2025
Made it through two conferences/meetings/symposia back to back with two more on this trip to Europe. I have seen a lot of good science and am more convinced that senior scientists should engage students/postdocs they don’t know more. #ISPGR2025 #UnivTwente
Goodbye Maastricht and #ISPGR2025!
Conclusion: The World Congress of the @ispgr.bsky.social remains my favorite academic event and community.
I leave with new partners, new friends, and lots of fresh inspiration and ideas for future scientific advancements.
See you in Kyoto for #ISPGR2027!
What a fantastic #ISPGR2025 High quality presentations, dedicated poster sessions, welcoming to new researchers and wonderful to catch up with those of us who have been coming over many years. Congratulations and thank you to the organising committee.
Nice memories of #ISPGR2025, fruitful discussions, good research and new connections! Thanks to the organizers @ispgr.bsky.social
#ispgr2025 awesome Lab tour w/ Melvyn Roerdink -at #maastricht university — VR, exergames, muscle-brain-mobility and more! What a great experience—thank you #productiveinteractions
Hoped to see you at #ISPGR2025
Enjoy #ECSS2025 👋
President @kim-delbaere.bsky.social #ISPGR2025 announces the next conference location and adjourns the meeting - see you all in two years in Kyoto!
A superb finale to the series of keynotes at #ispgr2025 today from the one and only Prof Kathleen Cullen! #balance #posture #vestibular @ispgr.bsky.social
No better place than #ISPGR2025 to force my former and my current PhD student to become besties @ispgr.bsky.social
Great keynote by Kathleen Cullen on neural circuits of postural control - exciting talk with lots of cool paradigms #ISPGR2025
If this were a normal @ispgr.bsky.social and I would be handling the official account as usual, this is the moment I would sign off. Not this year. Keynote tomorrow at 8:30. Party in full swing. Loving it! See you all tomorrow! #ispgr2025
Delighted to Chair the Parkinson’s Disease Assessment and Intervention oral session at #ispgr2025 #ispgr.bsky.social in Maastricht. Great presentations by Jack Lumsdon, Eva Hoogendorn, David Engel, Sandra Brauer, Ilaria D’Ascanio and Andreas Zwergal.
Bonus 2: we all got a warm up from Sphery CEO Anna Lisa Martin Niedecken, rehearsing our dance moves for tonight’s conference party at Ipanema. #ISPGR2025
Really enjoyed the exergames for health symposium at #ISPGR2025. There is solid evidence for its effects and hardware for fitness and clinical application (at home) is getting scalable (I am biased, but AR glasses from our sponsor #Strolll may be the goto tech soon for exergaming in neurorehab).
Congratulations to Benjamin Filtjens for receiving the well-deserved #ISPGR2025 emerging scientist award. Great work on advancing ML work for gait assessment in Parkinson’s disease.
As I near the end of #ISPGR2025, I am second guessing my decision to do FOUR conferences back 2 back 2 back 2 back
Title slide for a talk about people with stroke who respond to a visual feedback intervention for walking
Today at 3pm Janna Marvyn will be presenting some of work on our visual feedback intervention for post stroke temporal gait asymmetry. (Oral session 7)

Are you sick of attaching countless mocap markers to your participants? Ask Alex about validity of markerless motion capture for balance assessment at poster S-133! #ISPGR2025
Do internal or external errors help motor learning of a novel balance task? Ask Kimia at poster G-50 to find out! (And wish her son a happy 1st birthday today!) #ISPGR2025
What is the optimal way to deliver reactive balance training for people with stroke? We still don't know, but tried to find out. Go chat to Júlia about it at poster J-74 today! #ISPGR2025
#ispgr2025 day 4 kicked off with keynote speaker Peter Shull, sharing with us his experience on how science and companies work together in the Chinese ecosystem, and where the work required towards papers and products is best done for maintaining a happy professor! #productive-interactions
Another busy day for members of our group and collaborators @ispgr.bsky.social #ISPGR2025
Go and say hi!
First time chairing a symposium at a world congress - #ISPGR2025!
It was dedicated to rethinking and introducing new best practices in co-developing tailored tech-enhanced training concepts.
Excited for two more days of connecting, discussing, and progressing together.
