At least 11 beds are currently closed in the RAH ER tonight.
More kudos to my overworked and burnt out colleagues who are busting their butts to make sure every patient is cared for there tonight.

THEY PUSH ON.
They do more work with less resources so that beds can stay open and pts can get care.
We would be drowning without them.
But this comes at a price - they also burnout more quickly because they are taking on the work of too many.
