There are giants, and there are giants. And then there's Ichthyotitan severnensis. The largest marine reptile to ever exist... that we know of. The remains were fragmentary, with several bones from the lower jaw surangular were discovered at Westbury Formation in UK, from Lilstock and Blue Anchor. The two specimens yielded an estimated size of between 23-25m or possibly slightly larger, but if a specimen from Aust Cliff was proven to be an Ichthyotitan, it could grow even larger, with maximum estimated length of 30 to 35m. And that's not even the end of it, for the Aust Cliff colossus showed signs that it still grows. Absolutely insane.
