Endocrinology toxicities have been recognised from very early days of ICIs - due to potential serious implications.

👁️ Although the eyes are conventionally thought to be ‘immune-privileged’, ocular irAEs can occur. #Immuno25

👉 The right actions need to be promptly taken to maintain/restore sight/function.

To kick of the IMMUNE EFFECTOR CELL THERAPY session this afternoon #Immuno25, we are very proud of our AICT Research Nurse Team Leader Jess Longland for providing an excellent overview of the end-to-end delivery pathway of these complex novel therapies.

Effective MDT teamwork is essential! 🤝
