Sheesh, it’s got a very long name often shortened to just Soft Caress mahonia. I’ve never seen it flower so well as this year #inmygardennow.
It’s a great evergreen foliage shrub- so it’s Mahonia eurybracteata subsp. ganpinensis 'Soft Caress'
