#Scotcast no mention #EHRC #InterimGuidance was removed from #EHRC website basically because it was a divisive, apartheid leaning; crock of steaming shit employers & small businesses firmly balked at. This #Scotcast sadly fits the #InterimGuidance standard of due process. Vinegarettes at the ready!
The Times doing its usual partisan best to misrepresent. The EHRC withdrew their guidance from their own website as Falkner went full hellfire on forcing #Westminster's hand in publishing the hitherto unseen but thought to be as per the shamed & subsequently removed #InterimGuidance
I also hear #KishwerFalkner and her dismissive "trans people can lobby for their own spaces" during her first media frenzy selling her destructive #InterimGuidance (she subsequently withdrew in its entirety) in Cunningham's detachment in those last 12 mins. Trans people impacts; not her concern!
