A photo of a tree. This portrait orientation photo is of a large tri-trunk eucalyptus tree. Described top to bottom. The shot is taken from the ground looking up. A pale almost white sky visible through a canopy of green leaves, which appear small and high up in perspective. Other trees are visible, right, which seem to intermingle with the main feature tree and some green bushes mid frame. The trunk is like a 3 fingered hand, gnarly and covered in peeling multi-coloured bark. The fingers thicken as they go towards the base. The furthest away on the left, has a bend, mid photo, and a knot a little further down, the one on the right is almost straight, truncated by a break, the thumb of the 3 digit hand. The largest one on the left, finishes in a 90 degree bend at the base.
Good morning. I think it’s rain for the duration here today, with sunny intervals.
No landscapes for my #photooftheday I’m sharing a portrait of a tree, instead. It l might be a rainbow eucalyptus - not sure. A feature at #inverewe gardens.
Have a good one.
