2009, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the fall of the iron curtain, pop art artist James Rizzi has created his very own versions of the Berlin Wall. When he was offered the opportunity to eventually have three original slices of the Berlin Wall decorated with his colourful designs, he didn’t hesitate for a minute. The picture shows one of the Berlin Walls designed by James Rizzi, titled "Borderless Buildings". It's a modern cityscape painting with bursts of colorful homes and buildings. The artwork's size is 360 centimeters by 120 centimeters and its total weight is 3.6 tons. The artwork is currently located in Tübingen, Germany.
