As far as I know, #JamesTaylor recorded a number of songs written by #CaroleKing.
This song, UP ON THE ROOF, is one of them. He recorded it in 1979.
The studio version is most pleasant but a bit insipid.
This live performance from the late 1990s gives it a bit more grunt.
