It’s an extraordinary coincidence that I found at East Slope bar, Sussex University, one Sunday morning, guitarist Dave Cliff who’d toured with the legends #LeeKonitz & #WarneMarsh, who’d toured Europe, 1975-76. The tour, via #JazzExchange, was historic for many reasons. The two didn’t record again.
