Jemima Nicholas, known as "Jemima Fawr" (Jemima the Great), is a Welsh folk heroine who, according to legend, single-handedly captured 12 French soldiers armed only with a pitchfork during the 1797 Last Invasion of Britain at the Battle of Fishguard.
