Watched #JurassicParkRebirth on a lark, & d'y'know? It wasn't awful. It wasn't great by ANY means, but I was expecting an absolute shitstain of a movie, & there were actually some interesting bits & sone good acting in the midst of all the plotholes and hamhanded callbacks.

honestly I'm still not sure after breaking eyelines 3 times I guess it's part of a dinosaur and Captain Product Placement is supposed to be looking at it maybe? or something?
Umm.. I think it's supposed to be realistic? I think it's supposed to be HUGE? It's hard to tell because the scale is so messed up. Don't worry they're gonna do another smash cut back instead of a pan that might really help you scale the creature. Guess I know why it didn't get an oscar for editing.
Honestly whatever this is, it is SO realistic. There are tears coming from my eye. Maybe it's supposed to be Jeff Goldbloom's penis? Who knows. Maybe we'll get another smash cut and it's actually as big as the island itself.

Jurassic Park: Rebirth felt 'hollow'. From watching it kinda reminded me of the telltales games' Jurassic Park game,which also felt empty. The world felt empty in this film compared to it's predecessors. A 4/10 rating.

Finally got around to watching this film. It was ok. I found myself way more invested in the B plot characters than the A plot during the film which wasn't a good thing. Still enjoyable with IMO the weakest points being the opening and the ending lol

I do like the JP franchise, I really do, but the decision making capability of any of the characters in it leaves so much to be desired
No one has each other's back, no one is ever keeping watch & unbelievable escapes are everywhere
That said, it is visually stunning
