I finally made progress on my sensory problems with showering (too many temperature changes: adding in warmed towel) only to butt up against lacking the executive function to warm the towel prior to getting in the shower.

Raise your hand if the restaurant removed your favourite (aka safe food) from the menu and now you're crying and having a very large meltdown because it feels like the world is ending ✋🏽
