I…hated this book. It was so fucking gross and just dumb throughout. Wind Gap must be the least observant, most psychopathic town in history. Why do they even have a police force. Half the scenes & characters seem unnecessary. 0/5, probably put me off Gillian Flynn for life. #justfinished #booksky

This was a good book, I enjoyed the writer’s voice and I’ll read another of hers. A bit underwhelming but no major complaints. It went along pretty quick and didn’t beat you over the head with the horrible parts. There’s a nice dog. 3.75/5 #justfinished #booksky

Very great romance novel with a surprising amount of tension, to the point where i’d often forget that they do, in fact, be fucking.

There’s a few sequences, mainly at the halfway point and very end of book that made my skin crawl icl. Good read, onto the sequels.

I almost stopped believing it was possible to make a show like this. Not only does it perfectly recapture the magic of early Game of Thrones, it adds a style so fun and a cast so lovable that it may stand even taller
