Wow it’s been a busy week here in Cork. An amazing buzz & energy at #KTCork2019 yesterday & Monday. Now training CAMHS staff in an intro to relational & developmental trauma & tomorrow on trauma-informed organisational change.
After some balloon fun we are now going on to talk about some regulating & grounding tools. Many from the grounding cards & therapeutic treasure box book #KTCork2019

Having had fun with toilet paper & then gone on to some key therapeutic qualities & ways of being including some powerful video clips we are now exploring direct working tools for engaging & getting to know the person behind the behaviour/crisis/ situation/label #KTCork2019
