A local Chinese Police Station. Literally the Chinese Writing 公安 means "Gōng'ān", which means "Public Security" or "Police".

At first glance a historic pagoda, when you get closer you can see that it is very modern. Nevertheless, very nice to look at.

A nice avenue and since the city of KaiHua is not very big, there are not so many vehicles.

Foreigners must register in a new location by the police within 24 hours.
Usually the hotels do this for you. In very small towns, the local police officer sometimes comes to you.
Here in #Kaihua, we were informed that we should personally come to the police.
